Premarital and Couple Enrichment Workshops: Growing Together is a workshop designed specifically for couples who plan to marry, who are dating, or who wish to enrich their relationship. This ten hour feedback oriented workshop provides valuable information about healthy relationships, communication styles and techniques, conflict resolution skills, spiritual growth, family of origin issues and goal planning. It also offers specific statistically measured feedback to couples about their relationship across eleven different areas of compatibility. Dr. Earle offers training for the assessments and measurements created by Life Innovations, Inc. This training allows professional counselors, ministers and some workers in lay positions to administer, interpret and present measurement tools to the couples they work with. These measurements provide valuable feedback to professionals and couples about the potential couple compatibilities and issues to focus on in the counseling process.
